Services for the Homeless
Bluegrass Community Health Center provides comprehensive primary healthcare to those who are experiencing displacement or homelessness at all of our locations. However, our New Life Day Center Clinic is located under New Life Day Center, which is a Homeless Day Shelter for people experiencing homelessness to go during the day, the clinic is open to anyone who is 18-years old or older.
